These terms apply to your use of the Anura Spa website and to the treatments you book with us. By booking, you agree to them.

Appointments & arrival

• Appointments can be requested via WhatsApp, phone or in person and are confirmed subject to availability.
• Please arrive a few minutes early. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment so that following guests are not delayed.

Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to someone else. For group, couples or bridal bookings we may ask for advance notice to reserve enough therapists.

Health & wellbeing

Our treatments are intended for relaxation and general wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis or treatment. Please tell your therapist about any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or pregnancy before your session so we can care for you safely. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified medical professional.

Conduct

We provide a professional, respectful environment. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the treatment ending immediately, without refund.
