Terms & Conditions
Every great experience starts with clear expectations. Our Terms and Conditions outline the dos and don’ts, so your time with us stays smooth, respectful, and enjoyable, for both you and our team.
Introduction
Welcome to Anura Spa and Beauty Salon! By visiting our spa or booking an appointment, you’re agreeing to these terms. Think of it as a friendly agreement, nothing complicated, just the basics to keep everything running smoothly for you and our team.
1. Booking & Payment
To ensure you receive the time and service you want, we recommend booking your appointment in advance. Especially during weekends and holidays, spots fill up fast.
For certain services or packages, we may require a credit card or a deposit when you book.
Otherwise, full payment is due at the time of your service. We accept multiple payment options, including cash, digital wallets, and credit cards, whichever is easiest for you.
2. Cancellations & Arrivals
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours before your appointment. This helps us avoid a cancellation fee.
If you cancel late or fail to appear, a fee of 20% of the service cost, or sometimes the full service cost, may be applied.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This gives you time to check in and ensures you get your full, relaxing service.
3. Age & Health Considerations
You must be at least 18 years old to book an appointment or use our services. If you’re under 18, you’re welcome to receive services with written consent from a parent or guardian.
We want you to be safe and feel great after your service. Please let us know about any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries you may have ahead of time. It helps us tailor your experience and avoid anything that might not be suitable for your health needs.
4. Service Prices and Changes
We strive to keep our website up to date, but please note that prices and details may change without prior notice. If there’s a correction or update, we’ll inform you during the booking process.
5. Respect for All
We’re dedicated to creating a peaceful and welcoming environment, not just for you, but for every guest who walks through our door.
We kindly ask that everyone treat our staff and other clients with respect. If someone behaves in a way that’s disruptive or inappropriate, we may need to cancel their service immediately, without a refund. It’s rare, but your comfort and safety are our top priority.
6. A Quick Reality Check
Our services are designed to help you relax, recharge, and feel better, both inside and out. We’ll always aim for great results, but please keep in mind that we can’t guarantee any specific outcomes. And just to be clear: spa treatments aren’t medical care. If you have a health condition, consult a licensed healthcare provider first.
7. Liability Stuff
While we take every precaution to keep you safe, Anura Spa and Beauty Salon isn’t responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, losses, or damages that might happen while using our services or browsing our website.
